1. Two Dribble Crossover
Adjust rod to knee height.
Take two dribbles in front your right foot, switch and cross over to the other side. Then take two dribbles in front of the left foot and cross over to the other side.
Don’t forget to move your shoulders back and forth during each crossover, keep your head up, and move your hand under the rod during each cross over.

2. Dribble Between The Legs
You need two rods for these. Adjust the two rod to knee height and in a v formation.
Take two dribbles outside of your right foot and bring the ball between your legs. Then two dribbles outside of your left foot and bring the ball between your legs.
Try not to move your feet so you can learn how to dribble in your power stance.

3. Dribble Under-Under Behind the Back
Three rods are needed. Adjust the height of the rods. Have one facing you at knee height and the other two all the way down in a T formation.
Dribble hard one time in front of your right foot and snap your hand and the ball underneath the rod and snap it back (under-under). Then bring the ball behind your back, step forward, and step back.
Don’t forget to pound the ball with hard deliberate dribbles, move your hand under the rod during the under portion of the drill, and move your shoulders back and forth during each move.
